Shipping Policy

At Todun’s Kitchen, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition. Every product is packaged with attention to detail, using secure and food-safe materials to preserve freshness and prevent leaks or breakage.

Policy 

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking information (if available).

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.
If you live outside Canada and wish to place a special order, please contact us at orders@todunskitchen.com before purchasing, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and preferred carrier.
We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website or social media pages.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, Todun’s Kitchen cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather disruptions.

5. Packaging and Product Safety

All sauces and oils are sealed and packed carefully using protective materials to minimize the risk of leaks or breakage during transit.
Despite these precautions, once the order leaves our facility, Todun’s Kitchen is not responsible for damage caused by carrier handling or extreme temperatures.

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.

6. Local Pickup or Delivery

If you are located in Calgary, Alberta, you may be eligible for local pickup or delivery.
Details and scheduling options will be provided at checkout or by contacting us directly.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Todun’s Kitchen is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Todun’s Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the carrier directly for assistance, or email us at orders@todunskitchen.com if you need help initiating a claim.
