Refund Policy

At Todun’s Kitchen, we take great pride in crafting high-quality sauces and meals made with care, fresh ingredients, and attention to detail. Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we do not offer refunds, we want every customer to have the best experience possible.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsafe for consumption, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@todunskitchen.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we review your claim, we may offer a replacement product or store credit, at our discretion.

Catering Orders

For catering services, deposits are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed, as preparation and ingredients are planned in advance.
In cases of cancellation or rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate alternative dates or apply your deposit toward a future event.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We partner with reliable carriers, but once an order has been shipped, delivery times are outside our control.
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll assist with tracking and resolution where possible.
