4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where there is an error in pricing or product availability.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver or ship within Canada. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and third-party carriers.
Todun’s Kitchen is not liable for delays, damages, or losses occurring during shipping once an order has been dispatched.
Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues within 24hours to orders@todunskitchen.com.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or unsafe for consumption.
In such cases, please contact us immediately with photos and details, and we will review your claim on a case-by-case basis.
7. Catering Services
For catering bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date.
Final payment is typically due no later than 7 days before the event unless otherwise specified in your invoice.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to partial or full charges.
Todun’s Kitchen is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as venue restrictions, weather, or unforeseen cancellations.
8. Allergies and Food Safety
We take food safety seriously and handle all products in accordance with Alberta Health and CFIA standards.
However, our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, soy, and gluten.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
Todun’s Kitchen is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues that may arise from failure to disclose such information.
9. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing or consuming our products, or engaging our catering services, you agree that Todun’s Kitchen, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from:
